We strive to provide a high quality of clinical service which is supported by excellent technology and founded on up-to-date evidence based best practice. We do so in an environment where administrative support is accurate and thorough, with competent staff at all levels whose primary goal is the welfare of our patients.
Our Community:
We recognise the need to cater to all members of the community regardless of their individual situation. We strive to be a valued community asset making a contribution to general well being beyond routine dentistry. To this end we offer a broad range of clinical services, along with third party financial assistance. In order to continue to provide the best service to all potential clients we seek to educate the community regarding oral health maintenance and service compliance.

Our facility, and our equipment are modern and attractive, and well maintained. Our business principles are sound. Our staff are well compensated in accordance with the high value placed on them.
Maintaining a sound business requires careful monitoring of statistical trends and performance indicators. Staff are involved in the interpretation of this data and the implementation of goals. Fees are determined by the need to make a business profit and to provide an adequate return on the substantial investment required to establish and maintain the quality of the practice and the services provided.
Our Plans:
Living is growing and growth involves change. Our practice will evolve with time, as it has done to date. We aspire to become a multi-dentist practice providing all disciplines of dentistry. Continuing education, new techniques, new equipment and changing decor will continue to surprise, inspire and delight our team and our clients alike.
Leadership:
Daily management of the practice is a team responsibility. Defining, measuring, maintaining and developing the practice philosophy rests with the leader. The practice owner will provide the leadership of the CEO, inspiring the team to constantly strive for the highest standards.
The leader will encourage the building of strong team relationships, solicit feedback and provide support, and develop a democratic spirit of co-operation whilst maintaining professional boundaries. He will take responsibility for confronting inappropriate behaviour as readily as he will reward and praise excellence.
Enthusiastic and motivating, responsible and with integrity, the leader nevertheless will at all times recognise the valuable contribution of their staff and ensure that they are appreciated.
